We have been retained by our client, a MNC bank to identify an "Assistant VP – Corporate Communications" to be based at Mumbai.

Interested candidates should have 6 - 10 years of experience and knowledge of business and market information.

The role:

• To build internal and external communication strategy and effective implementation of the same.
• To work on a PR or Media policy and plan in line with the 3 year strategy.
• To enhance relations with the financial media, co-coordinating all media interactions.
• To work with the business lines to conceptualize and co-coordinate all client events like economist meets, PR event, conferences etc..
• To build press releases in association with the PR agency for the branch, ISPL and securities business media tracking and MIS
• To conceptualize and co-coordinate all offsites across India group entities of the bank and also all group conferences.
• To implement all communication plans as part of all specific projects.
• To monitor CSR projects that the bank supports.
• To implement employee volunteering initiatives.
• To create, update and maintain all India group websites of the bank.
• To migrate the current internet into the new territory platform.
• To create the India Solutions website on the territory website.
• To source corporate gifts for clients in association with businesses.
• To identify and negotiate with vendors.
• To customize year end diaries and calendars.
• To produce internal newsletter – connexions.
• To contribute to other internal communications like newsletters or channels – regional and global
