Ernst and Young, Doha-Qatar is recruiting for a Manager position in Business Advisory.

Requirements are

A Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, MIS (business perspective)
A minimum of six years experience in providing advisory services in the finance function and other operational areas that impact the finance function (e.g., order to cash; procure to pay; close to report; budgeting and planning; shared services/outsourcing)
PMP/Prince 2 Certification
A minimum of 2 years project management experience in Business consulting /advisory projects.
Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of current state assessment and Target Operating Model (Process, Organization Structure, Policies and procedures)
Experience in program management for large-scale business transformation projects and programs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (and know when to lead and when to follow)
Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
An ability to think outside of the box, and thrive on new challenges
A demonstrated record in driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies

Preferred profile:

Big4 Experience/Global Consulting firm experience in Process Engineering, Business Strategy and Transformation, Polices and procedures development etc.
PMP/Prince 2 Certification,
Strong 3- 4 Years project Management Credentials in Advisory space.
Knowledge of Leading ERP (SAP, Oracle etc.)
