Ernst and Young, Doha-Qatar is recruiting for a Senior Consultnat position in Business Advisory for PMO - Core Banking Profile.

Requirements are:

A Master's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, MIS (business perspective) and/or business
A minimum of 4 years' experience in providing advisory services in the finance function and other operational areas that impact the finance function (e.g., order to cash; procure to pay; close to report; budgeting and planning; shared services/outsourcing)
Experience in delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of advisory assignments i.e. assessment, design and implementation
Experience in program management for large-scale business transformation projects and programs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (and know when to lead and when to follow)
Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
An ability to think outside of the box, and thrive on new challenges
Banking Industry Experience

Preferred profile:

Big4 Eixperince/Global Consulting firm experience in Process Engineering, Business Strategy and Transformation, Polices and procedures development etc
PMP/Prince 2 Certification
Strong 2-3 Years project Management Credentials in Advisory space.
PMO Experience in Banking Industry
