The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of work-related smartphone use outside of official working hours on work-life conflict and work engagement. The target respondents of the study are working adults in Malaysia who use smartphone for work-related activities (e.g. accessing email/calendar/company intranet, viewing/editing documents, spreadsheets, or presentations, instant messaging, making calls, etc.).
