Attached is the MBA/MM oral presentation for Semester 1 2016/2017 for your perusal.

ORAL PREPARATION:

For the oral presentation students need to bring two (2) copies of presentation slides on the presentation day, i.e., one each for the assessors.

Please take note that you are given 20 minutes for presentation, and you must not exceed this time limit. Keep your presentation to the most important points you want to highlight. Your slides should ideally have the following:

1) Title page
2) Background
3) Problem Statement
4) Objective
3) Literature Review
4) Framework/Research Methodology/ Data
5) Analysis
6) Conclusion.

Nevertheless, it also depends on which area you are doing since the scope for one area may be quite different from another. You should also not cut and paste a whole paragraph and present in ppt. The slides should only contain words in point form, with font size 20 or bigger. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM READING FROM ANY NOTES OR PIECES OF PAPERS. Finally, dress well for the occasion.

The last reason to acquire your MBA is the networking. While you are taking classes, get to know your classmates and what they do. Get their information so you can access it in the future. You may need one or more of them to help with a problem you are having at your own corporation. Having someone to call can be a great stress reliever if you can't figure out what to do. They may be able to give you ideas and help you brainstorm.
