Dear students,

Attach the oral presentation schedule for your perusal.

Dear All,

For the oral presentation students need to bring two (2) copies of your final draft for your supervisor and 2nd examiner. Students also need to bring two (2) copies of presentation slides on the presentation day, i.e., one each for the assessors.

Please take note that you are given 20 minutes for presentation, and you must not exceed this time limit. Keep your presentation to the most important points you want to highlight. Your slides should ideally have the following:

1) Title page

2) Background

3) Problem Statement

4) Objective

3) Literature Review

4) Framework/Research Methodolody/ Data

5) Analysis

6) Conclusion.

Nevertheless, it also depends on which area you are doing since the scope for one area may be quite different from another. You should also not cut and paste a whole paragraph and present in in ppt. The slides should only contain words in point form, with font size 20 or bigger. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM READING FROM ANY NOTES OR PIECES OF PAPERS. Finally, dress well for the occassion.
