MBA with 3-4 yrs of experience
The requirements & responsibilities for all aspects of this role include the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
Manage the production and service requirements of one shift / entire center and support the needs of the global partner hubs and clients. Work with service head in all facets associated with driving continuous improvement efforts. Work closely with managers and supervisors to manage a growing 50+ person, 24/7, Presentation Center in Mumbai, in support of the global presentation Hubs.
Client Relationship Mgmt
Interact with clients proactively and professionally, ensuring expectations are met and/or exceeded.
Responsible for the immediate resolution of concerns/issues raised
Provide ideas and solutions for client consideration based on best practices.
Operational Mgmt
Foster a culture of excellence and ensure continuous improvement through the use of best practices.
Continuously review operating procedures and implement improvements, involving all staff in the process.
Initiate, develop, and execute/manage performance improvement projects
Analyze operational data and work with established teams to develop action plans for improvement
A high-pressure environment with demand for consistent, timely and high quality service. Ability to handle stress and deadline drive situations
Ensure management reporting is timely, accurate and relevant.
