Marketing Communications Manager
Our client is a successful San Francisco Bay Area medical device company and is searching for a senior level ‘Marketing Communications Manager’ with 10+ years medical device experience planning and developing marketing communications to promote the sale of the company products.
3 critical requirements of this position:
· Must understand about ‘rolling up sleeves’ and ‘digging in’ and doing what needs to be done regardless of how trivial or administrative the need.
· Must be a strong and successful content writer able to write and edit all content related to medical device products for collateral materials, website, and all other communications being planned and executed by marketing communications.
· Must possess strong leadership and management skills managing a marketing team of four.
Additional responsibilities are management of tradeshows and workshops; working with advertising agencies to leverage trade show activity, direct marketing and web marketing; management of sales aids; management of advertising and public relations projects; and vendor management.
Requires a minimum of 10+ years of related marketing communication experience within the medical device industry. BS/BA or degree or equivalent.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Must be able to proactively identify and resolve issues across functions with follow-up communication. Experience with SalesForce.com or similar system preferred.
