The Common Wealth Games kicked off in Delhi yesterday. Everyone is happy to see the Games finally roll after all the controversies and delays. While Corporate India has set wonderful benchmarks in delivering complex projects across the board over the last few years, the inability of our state machinary to execute various projects related to the Games within budgets and cost estimates shows the vast gap in ability and integrity between Corporate and Government India.
