A Strategy for Sustainability : The Challenge & The Response

Sime Darby has been developing its own sustainable futures for close to 100
years, since it began in 1910. Malaysia's largest public-listed company
with global businesses that span over 20 countries continues to chart its
own strategy for sustainability to meet the challenges of the next century.

Against this backdrop of credentials, the Sime Darby Business School has
collaborated with the world renown Haas School of Business of the
University of California, Berkeley, USA, to offer an exclusive executive
seminar on 'A Strategy for Sustainability : The Challenge & The Response'.

The keynote speaker will be Professor Paul A. Tiffany, an author, a highly
experienced business consultant and a serving senior lecturer at the Haas
School of Business.

Haas has been rated as one of the top 10 business schools in the world by
the Wall Street Journal, and is acknowledged for its innovation, creation
and dissemination of knowledge, and development of leaders.

At this exclusive seminar, Prof. Tiffany will unveil his thoughts and
strategies for corporate sustainability; building sustainability into
organizational structures; and sustainability initiatives and their
strategic execution.

This seminar is suitable for high achievers, leaders and chief executive
officers who are always keen to keep one step ahead of the competition, and
who want to know if their own sustainable strategies are on-track. It will
be held over two days, on 8th and 9th December, 2009, at the Sime Darby
