Dear UM students,

Are you sending out questionnaires the outdated way?

by hand

incomplete data
waste of paper
low response rate

email using excel spreadsheet attachment

high chances of virus infection
low response rate due to obstacle of "downloading, opening, filling up, saving, re-attachment, and send."
incompatible file version.

3rd party sites

insecure sites
low response rate due to fear of scam or unknown sites.

And worst of all, you have to key in all the data in one by one after compiling them.

I've written an article on how you can send out questionnaire to your respondent and hopefully receive a better response rate using Google Docs & Gmail.
