Audiology and Speech Therapy, Physical Therapies, Medical Technology Radio diagnosis and Imaging, Medical Technology Laboratory, Medical Technology Radiotherapy, Medical Technology Operation Theatre, Medical Technology Perfusionist

Eligibility: Age limits-Not more than 25 years and less than 17 years on 31st August, 2009 (i.e. those who born before 1st September, 1984 and after 31st August, 1992) are not eligible.

How To Apply:
Application forms along with prospectus (brochure of information) are available from the office of the undersigned either personally on payment of Rs 500/- for General/OBC/OPH category and Rs 400/- for SC/ST at the counter (Kairon Blcok, Room No. 309) from 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM and from 2.30 PM to 3.30 PM on all working days except Saturdays, forms will be available from 10.00 AM to 12.30 PM or by post for which the request must be accompanied with a self addressed thick envelope of size (24×15cm) bearing postage stamps of Rs 25/- and Bank Draft preferably from SBI Branch payable at SBI Medical Institute Branch (Code No. 1524) Chandigarh for General/OBC/OPH Rs 500/- and for SC/ST Rs 400/- drawn in favour of the Director of the Institute (A/C No. 65541). The candidates should mention category at the time of sending the DD.
