PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:

The Valuation Services group develops and reports opinions of value that help companies and their advisors resolve disputes, make informed decisions, and satisfy all forms of reporting requirements. Our business valuation professionals are trained and credentialed in finance and business valuation. The qualified professional will possess hands on experience in all aspects of business valuation for litigation, economic damages and/or income and estate tax purposes such as research, analysis, report preparation and business development.

Areas of focus include:
• Reviewing and building valuation models
• Compliance and reporting
• Working knowledge of valuation discounts and premiums
• Litigation and dispute resolution
• Strategic planning and finance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/BA/MBA degree in accounting and/or finance
• Possess a business valuation credential (such as ABV, CVA, CBA, ASA)
• Approximately 7+ years in business valuation industry
• Large Public accounting firm experience is a plus
• Ability to analyze complex transactions
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills
• Highly motivated
• Prior experience with providing testimony is required
