Keep in mind that different countries have different systems.
In the US, there is no Kedokteran for S1. It is considered to
be a graduate school program (like S2 or S3). Some universities
have a "Pre-medical" S1 program, but most people basic sciences
such as Chemistry, Biology, or even Engineering or Math or
Physics.
