Scholarships for International Students

Dear teman2,

saya sedang mempelajari beasiswa Eiffel. Ada disebutkan salah satu faktor ineligibility adalah sbb:

The candidates already unsuccessfully presented: applications refused during a previous selection cannot be represented, even in case of different studies changes.
This ineligibility case applies only for the "Master" sector.

Adakah yg mengerti maksudnya?
Besiswa ini membuka beasiswa master untuk major Management dan jg Law & Politic. Background saya politic (minor: international relations) tp saya minat ke management..selama kuliah mata kuliah yg didapat sebatas asas2 manajemen, ilmu ekonomi makro & mikro. Sayapun sudah ada topik penelitian yg menjadi concern saya dan berniat utk contact prof di uni2 yg menerima beasiswa eiffel. Apakah tipe beasiswa ini flexibel untuk cross major?
