Dear All,

Thank you very much for your responses. I now recognise that there are
a lot more to accomplish in PhD beside the GPA, and that most PEs
(especially those with technical competency, as Mr Julius wrote) will
first consider my research performance. After thinking about this for
several days and also having a discussion with my family, I have
decided to stay for PhD even without perfect GPA (BTW, I have already
got a supervisor). I will put more emphasis on the research and
academic network establishment while raising my GPA.
