Our client is a well known ITES company.
In the cycle of acquiring clients, understanding their needs, designing a solution for them, transition the process from the client site and help the operations reach a steady state, one of the prime responsibilities of the jobholder is to shape the deals to be signed off with the client.
Key Responsibilities
• It involves understanding the client's requirements and designing a customized solution based on their Business process requirements.
• Helps in defining the Service Level Agreement, Key Metrics, pricing, and detailed transition plans for all the new deals.
• While at the stages of negotiations over contract with the client, the jobholder discusses over the following elements of a deal and gives shape to them:
• Scope of off shoring
• Operating model
• Transition Plan - Type of the transition that would take place
• Skills required in employees to handle the process
• Productivity benefits to be provided to the client
• Pricing (recommended by the jobholder subject to final say of the SBU Head) etc
The Selected candidate should be:
• Be an MBA from premier school with at-least 8-10 years of experience.
• Proven track record of defining and leading Solution Design Initiatives.
• Needs to have good exp. in Project Management and customized Solutions preferably to Banking, Asset Management, Hedge Funds or Investment Banks.
• Understanding of the current trends and practices within the Industry relevant to the role.
• Excellent communication and team working skills, comfortable working with senior management level.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a variety of influencing styles to enable effective completion of tasks both individually and within groups.
• Builds sustainable relationships with colleagues and key individuals in the business.
• Shows a desire to take the initiative, moving issues forward with clarity. Demonstrates an ability to think `outside the box' while defining solutions in a workable form
• Demonstrates a strategic focus & ability to turn ideas / objectives into tangible deliverables and tasks
